At Carema Hardware we are able, by means of our own reparation centre and our own installation service, Carema Automotive, to offer a high service level and extensive support. Through our background we are able to assist and advise customers with the implementation of our solutions. By dint of our service level agreements we can offer standard guarantee extentions. Next to that Carema can take over service routes and if desirable directly take over contact with customers in case of malfunctions and defects, which can subsequently be fixed in Carema’s own reparation centre.
